Cocktail Sangria Blanca Mobile Cocktail Sangria Blanca

SangrĂ­a Blanca

Ingredients:

750mls bottle of Chardonnay or Moscato

3oz of Orange liquor

1/2 Cup raspberries

6 sliced strawberries

1/2 Orange, thinly sliced

2 peaches, sliced

Mint for garnish

Preparation:

Add all ingredients into a pitcher and refrigerate for 3 hours

Serve over ice and garnish with mint.

Cocktail Sangria Mobile Cocktail Sangria

SangrĂ­a

Ingredients:

750 ml bottle of Cabernet/Merlot, Midnight Red Blend, or Cabernet Sauvignon

1/2 medium apple

1/2 medium orange

3-4 Tbsp organic brown sugar

3/4 cup orange juice

3oz spiced rum

1 cup Ice to chill

Preparation:

Add apples, oranges, and sugar to a large pitcher and muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon for 45 seconds.

Add orange juice and spiced rum and muddle again to combine for 30 seconds.

Add red wine and stir to incorporate, then taste and adjust flavor as needed.

I added a bit more rum, orange juice and brown sugar. Stir to combine.

Add ice and stir once more to chill. Serve as is, or with a bit more ice. Garnish with orange segments.

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours, though best when fresh

Cocktail Paloma Mobile Cocktail Paloma

Paloma

Ingredients:

750mls bottle Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio

6 oz tequila or mezcal

4 cups of fresh grapefruit juice

8 TBSP sugar (or simple syrup)

4oz lime juice

Soda Water

Preparation:

Mix all of the ingredients in a pitcher except for the Soda Water

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the sugar has dissolved

Pour into a glass of ice and top with Soda Water

Cocktail Scot Andes Mobile Cocktail Scot

A scot in the Andes

Ingredients:

750mls bottle of Merlot, Malbec or Pinot Noir

6 oz cucumber gin

4 oz simple syrup

4 oz lime juice

32 raspberries

4 mandarins

16 leaves mint, ripped into small pieces

Cucumber, sliced for garnish

Preparation:

Muddle the simple syrup, lime juice, raspberries, mandarins and mint in a large pitcher

Add the red wine and cucumber gin, refrigerate for 1 hour

Serve over ice and garnish with a cucumber slice or fresh mint leaves
